Fashion brands and recycled fibers
The fashion world’s commitment to a circular economy
The market - MU Sustainable Innovation
Many fashion brands have aligned themselves behind the banner of the Circular Economy, for example by using materials in their “second life” in their collections, or by engaging in collaborative actions with other companies. This is the case with Make Fashion Circular, an initiative launched by the Burberry Group, the Gap, H&M, HSBC, NIKE and Stella McCartney, which has already attracted a bevy of adherents, including Radici Group, DuPont Biomaterials, Fung Group, Hallotex, I: Collect, Inditex, Kering, Lenzing Group, London Waste and Recycling Board, Nanushka, Primark, Solvay, Texaid, Tintex Textiles, VF Corporation and W.L. Gore and Associates.
