Milano Unica access is exclusively reserved to authorized BUYERS (clothing manufacturers, design studios, purchasing groups, department stores, online garment selling, footwear, retailer, wholesaler).

Pursuant to Article 15 and the following of GDPR, you have the following rights (to be communicated to the following address: info@milanounica.it):

  • access your personal data and know its origin, the purposes and processing purposes, the data of the data controller, the data processor and the entities to whom your personal data may be disclosed;
  • revoke consent at any time when it forms the basis of the processing. In any case, revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the consent-based processing before revocation;
  • update or rectify your personal data so that they are always accurate;
  • delete your personal data from the Data Controller’s databases and/or archives if they are no longer needed for the purposes indicated above;
  • limit the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances, for instance in case of complaints regarding data accuracy, for the period necessary for the Data Controller to verify accuracy;
  • obtain your personal data in electronic format;
  • object to the processing of your personal data or request that it be stopped for each of the purposes set out in the Policy. In particular, with regard to the purpose set forth in Section 1.4 (disclosure of your data to third parties) you may at any time object to the processing of your personal data for that purpose by sending an email to delegazione@milanounica.it. Following such a request, the Data Controller will no longer process your personal data except in cases where laws and regulations allow it;
  • with reference to the right to object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes, you may always freely and free of charge indicate to the Data Controller that you wish to receive only communications by traditional media (e.g.: paper mail or operator calls) or only by automated media (e.g.: email, text messaging, social media, automated calls).
