The "Tendenze" Area of the 27th edition of Milano Unica

The "Tendenze" Area within Milano Unica has always been the throbbing heart of the exhibition, the place where exhibitors present their interpretations, developed following the presentation of Milano Unica Tendenze.    

For the coming Autumn/Winter 2019-20 season, the theme is “Nations to Nations”: the program translates into a combination of values tied to traditions, craftsmanship and innovation that intertwines the present and past of the different cultures and countries participating in the project.

Organic Grunge, with a strong ecological spirit and reminders of punk and folk aesthetics, involves the nations of Scotland, Turkey and Romania. Handcrafted Essentialism combines the characteristic of minimalism with the rigor of aesthetics through inspirations derived from Switzerland, Sweden and South Korea.  Lastly, Techno Romantic fuses the artistic and experimental ideas generated by the traditions of Belgium, Azerbaijan and Indonesia. 

This results is a contemporary vision of fashion fabrics and accessories showcased in a technological, visionary and engaging setting. Visitors will be accompanied in a full-immersion journey through the three paths dedicated to the season’s trends, with an emotionally striking yet simultaneously refined scenic effect.
