MU Tendenze & Sustainability is the result of Milano Unica's long-standing commitment to Sustainable Creativity. This year it comes with a message of positivity through MUSuperpower. The Tendenze theme for the upcoming SS 2024 season was presented last October, reflecting the power of creativity as a propitiatory rite that elevates the power of thought, the power of action and the power of emotions, the three Tendenze sub-themes.


The sensory tunnel of the MU Tendenze & Sustainability area welcomes visitors from the main entrance of Hall 8, accompanying them along a path where the digital suggestions concentrating on narrations regarding creativity and textile contents merge with the perception that sustainability has increasingly taken center stage. Consequently, companies have increased their commitment to protecting the environment through ongoing research into manufacturing processes, reduced use of energy and water and fewer and fewer chemicals harmful to man and the planet being used in manufacturing.


MU36 offers a whole array of advantages to its visitors through the promotion of its digital services, enabling them to plan their visit to the trade show easily and efficiently. The theme-based podcasts in Italian and English, have been designed to accompany and guide the visitor through the Tendenze & Sustainability area. Tap on the Milano Unica App and scan the QR codes on fabrics and accessories.


In addition to welcoming international buyers, whose number has been growing steadily since the last edition, Milano Unica has opened its doors to more than 1,500 students from the most well-known fashion schools.
