Restyled layout and interactive app - The 24th edition of Milano Unica (February 1-3, 2017) confirms its determination to look to the future by anticipating times. For this reason, the trade show presents itself in a completely restyled way and the interactive App is meant to facilitate the visit and spot exhibitors immediately. Last but not least, entrance badges will be scanned at each stand, to better measure traffic flows and optimize product category breakdown.
The S/S 2018 collections - This trade show presents the S/S 2018 collections, while the capsule collections are meant to meet the needs of an increasingly evolving market, different markets and targets. The collections, based on quality and history, are innovative and definitely up to meeting the needs of the most demanding customers.
The events of the 24th edition of Milano Unica - In addition to the traditional events, like the Japan and Korea Observatories, that are specifically dedicated to a selection of Japanese and Korean businesses, Milano Unica proposes events targeted to young talents, like the “Back to school” project attended by Sir Paul Smith , keynote speaker in a workshop dedicated to fashion school students. In the “Magazzini aperti” space– a project developed from the collaboration between Regione Lombardia, Piattaforma Sistema Formativo Moda and Milano Unica - the works of the students attending the final year in 10 fashion schools are presented, using fabrics and accessories donated by Milano Unica exhibitors. The events organized include: Banca Sella, Origin Passion and Beliefs, The Woolmark Lab PE 18 and Linen Dream Lab.
Area Trend, Area Vintage and Synthesis Area - the throbbing heart of the event is theTrend Area , where all the season's trends are presented. TheVintage Area , instead, is the area dedicated to cultural research. TheSintesi Areas, visual catalogues of exhibitors’ signature products, are located close to the entrances and, starting with this edition, will be equipped with touch screens showing the entire virtual catalogue of all the products presented in the trade show.
