The 26th edition of Milano Unica has come to an end. Anticipating the date of the trade show to July turns out once again to have been the right decision, shown not only by an increase in the number of exhibitors (+14%), but also in that of visiting companies (+2.4% compared to the February 2017 edition).
Milano Unica confirms itself as international leader in high end textiles and accessories, as well as an event that sends important messages for the future of the sector: from sustainability to digital applications, from advanced technologies to the opening of new markets.
A look at the future that places great emphasis on the fundamental role of the young, both students and designers, to whom the show dedicated important initiatives: Eyes on Me, to facilitate a meeting between young talents and fashion houses, and Back to School, in which Alessandro Sartori, Art Director at Zegna, inspired a standing room
only audience of Italian and international fashion school students.
The next Milano Unica trade show is scheduled for Shanghai, from 14 to 16 March 2018.
The 27th edition will be held in Milan from 10 to 12 July 2018.
